Gift Card Terms & Conditions:
- Gift Card values cover typical flights for two adult passengers. However, Gift Cards may be redeemed against any flight, may be partially redeemed or may be used as part payment for any flight or combination of flights. Necessary additional payments can be made when redeeming a Gift Card.
- Gift Cards expire 36 months from the date of purchase, and are not redeemable for cash in whole or part. They cannot be topped up or reloaded with value.
- A Gift Card is not a booking! Please contact Merimbula Air Services at least 7 – 10 days before your desired flight dates to make a booking. Bookings will depend on aircraft availability and on variables such as the weather conditions.
- The minimum total booking for a flight is for two adult passengers or equivalent (e.g., one adult and two children).
- There is a maximum of three passengers on any one flight, as we have four-seater aircraft.
- If your booking does not occupy all available seats on a flight, they may be booked out to other customers.
- Children (people under the age of 13) fly at half price.
- Children may be allowed to fly without an accompanying adult at the sole discretion of Merimbula Air Services and the pilot. Please discuss this with Merimbula Air Services at time of booking.
- Infants may fly at no charge, but each must be accompanied by an adult passenger at all times and will use a specialised seatbelt.
