Forms

Data collected by forms and cookies on our website and forwarded to Merimbula Air Services Pty Ltd includes:

  • Bookings: name of individual making booking, full name of passenger/s, phone number, email address, booking request details, and comments
  • Contact: first and last name, phone number, email address, purpose of submission and comments
  • Gift Card Purchases: name of purchaser and giftee, address, email address, phone number, message, delivery date
  • IP address

We do not collect or store any credit card information on our own site. You will be redirected from our site to a third party payment gateway for booking or gift card purchases and those services are responsible for keeping your data safe.

Data is collected only for the purpose of managing bookings, contact requests and gift card deliveries, and for managing the correct operation of the website.

Changing Data or Terminating Data

If you want to see or correct any data you have provided to us, please contact us with your request.

We will endeavour at all times to keep your data safe, will not sell your data to any third party, and will not reveal your details to third parties, except as stated above and below, or as required by state law in NSW or by federal law in Australia.

Payment Gateways

  • Purchases for bookings and gift cards are handled through Square. Information gathered in order to process your booking, rescheduling and refunds includes: first name, last name, address, email address, phone, number of product to be purchased, product details, date of payment and amount paid.
  • Square collects credit card or direct credit account details in order to process the payment, but these details are neither communicated to Merimbula Air Services Pty Ltd.
